Server Event Scripts window

When enabled, server event scripts (SES) are scripts that are automatically launched for all clients or    for specific clients when a particular event generated by the client session occurs. These events are:

•        Client logon

Client logoff
Completion of a file upload
Completion of a file download
Completion of a client changing directories on the server

SES are permitted for all types of server connections.

Using SES, Robo-FTP Server can automatically perform predefined tasks based on actions by a client and is, therefore, an automation alternative to remote server commands (RSC) that may be used in conjunction with any FTP client.

This powerful feature supplies complete end-to-end control of a file transfer session for any FTP client, not just Robo-FTP as is the case with RSC. For example, Robo-FTP Server can be instructed to delete a file after a client has downloaded it.
