Allow FTP+SSL Connections Only

This control instructs the FTP server not to accept any connection that isn’t using FTPS (FTP+SSL).

Otherwise, Robo-FTP Server permits either a non-secure (standard) FTP or secure FTPS connection as requested by the client.
